The Rusty Staub Foundation recently hosted a chef's charity event at the Alpine Country Club in Demarest, N.J., where celebrity chef Emeril Lagasse was the honored guest chef. The benefit raised more than $200,000 on behalf of the Rusty Staub Foundation to fund educational scholarships, grants and donations for charitable and educational purposes.

Participating foodservice operations included Perona Farms in Andover, N.J., New York City restaurants Rao's, Daniel, David Burke, Blue Smoke and Westchester, N.Y.-based Restaurant 24.
