At the 2010 American Culinary Federation (ACF) Southeast Regional Conference April 24 to 26 in Birmingham, Ala., the American Academy of Chefs recognized chef, student and educator winners, who will compete for national titles against their winning regional counterparts at the 2010 ACF National Convention in Anaheim, Calif., Aug. 2 to 5.
