Eleven chefs from around the nation are bringing their unique regional styles as the newest members of the Wisconsin Cheese Chef Ambassador program. The Chef Ambassador program, sponsored by the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board (WMMB), connects Wisconsin cheese and cheesemakers with the best chefs in the country.
